
What do I bring with me?
You do not need an appointment but bring a fabric sample as colours vary.
Do you stock large sizes?
Selected styles do go to an 11 most styles go to a 10.
Do the shoes come in different heel heights?
Understanding it is a long and tiring day, our heels range from 3cm to 10cm.
Can I change the heel height?
You can alter the heel slightly, but we recommend you don’t as it will affect the incline of the shoe and may end up making it uncomfortable.
Can you make and design shoes?
We do not make shoes. We source shoes from all around the world from reputable suppliers with a high quality product.
Do you only do white shoes?
We stock most bridal colours and most of the styles do come in a varying selection of colours.
Do you stock flowergirl shoes?
Yes, a great range of patent leather shoes and soft ballet shoes in white, ivory and silver.
Can I dye or cover my shoes?
The majority of shoes can be dyed to match the colour of your gown. You can ask your designer for fabric and have your shoes covered. There are several shoemakers who do this.
What accessories do you stock?
Evening bags to complement shoes as well as hats, fascinators, gloves and garters.

HOW TO ORDER
You may order on line 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Phone orders can be placed during business hours.
To make sure that the shoes will be the right size for you, we ask that you fax to us, +61 2 9150 4173, a trace of your feet. From that we can determine the correct size for you.
PAYMENT METHODS
All payments must be made by credit card or EFTPOS, if purchasing in the store. We accept Visa, MasterCard or you can send a money order. We do not accept American Express and Diners. Please do not mail cash.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, pending stock availability. Special orders (items not currently in stock) require 2-6 weeks to be processed and shipped.
You will receive an e-mail verification including the invoice number, which confirms your order has been processed, and a second e-mail indicating the tracking number and date of shipment. You may also be contacted for shoe size verification to ensure proper fit.
All orders are shipped via Express Post or Registered Post. The shipping charge is $20 for the first pair. Every pair after that is an extra $5 per pair.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All shoes may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within the first 10 business days.

Shoes returned for refund are subject to a $20 restocking fee. No restocking fee applies to any shoes being exchanged for other items. Shipping & handling charges are not reimbursable. All return and exchange shipping expenses must be pre-paid by the customer. No CODs will be accepted.
A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. All goods must be returned in the original packaging. The quality of all items is fully guaranteed by our company and merchandise is inspected for cleanliness and quality prior to being shipped. Therefore, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. We will not accept any returned items that show visible signs of use or wear. It is the sole discretion of The Glass Slipper to determine if returned goods are in salable condition. Merchandise returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refund policy, applies only to Internet and phone orders.
Handbags are not returnable or exchangeable.
No custom orders are returnable. Personalized products (products that have been dyed, custom ordered, or otherwise personalized) are not eligible for return or refund.
The Glass Slipper Bridal Shoes & Accessories does not accept goods returned after 10 business days from receipt of shipment.
